Yassin is right — locality is not a benefit. Global apps have already convinced the market that "foreign" means "better". So we stop selling the country and start selling the wallet.
What changes: the brochure tagline, OG image, app-store copy, signup screen, every social post. What doesn't change: the actual product. M-Pesa payouts, data-for-ads, PT-MZ moderation — all still there. We just stop *advertising* them as Mozambican virtues.
